ALUMINUM INSULATION JACKETING WITH POLYSURLYN

ALUMINUM INSULATION JACKETING is manufactured from 3000 series aluminum, meeting ASTM B-209 standards.It has an exterior layer of heat cured acrylic enamel (clear or color tinted), with the addition of a 3mil layer of Polysurlyn (or kraft paper) over the interior. The exterior painted finish provides an effective resistance to oxidation and corrosion in various environments. The combination of heat cured acrylic enamel (weather clear or color tinted) and laminated Polysurlyn (or kraft paper )provide the best moisture and corrosion protection available. With this type of protection, you can be assured your project will be protected in those areas where moisture and corrosion resistance is a must.

They are available in both smooth or stucco embossed finishes, and in 0.016”, 0.020”, 0.024”and 0.032” gauges. Various color tinted paint is available.
